How We Build Your Enclosures
Step 1 — CNC Punching Holes, cutouts, louvers, and mounting patterns are CNC punched on our AMADA PEGA-345 for clean edges and repeatable accuracy on every part.
Step 2 — Precision Forming Bends and flanges are formed on our press brakes (64-ton and 88-ton capacity, up to 8-foot bed length) to hold tight tolerances across the full run.
Step 3 — Welding & Assembly TIG and MIG welding for structural joints, plus PEM fastener insertion for hardware, studs, and standoffs. All done in-house by our team.
Step 4 — Finishing & Delivery Parts ship raw or we coordinate powder coating through our finishing partners. Ready for your assembly line.
Materials We Work With
Aluminum Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to form. Ideal for electronics enclosures, outdoor housings, and food service equipment. Common gauges: .040" to .125".
Steel (CRS & HRS) Strong and cost-effective for industrial enclosures, machine guards, and structural housings. Powder coating recommended for corrosion protection.
Stainless Steel For environments that demand corrosion resistance — medical, food processing, and outdoor applications. 304 and 316 grades available.
