GT Precision Manufacturing provides precision sheet metal fabrication for OEM manufacturers, engineers, and purchasing managers across Tampa Bay and Central Florida. From single prototypes to full production runs, we deliver accurate, repeatable parts in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel.

Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication Services

CNC Punching

Our AMADA PEGA-345 CNC turret punch press handles complex hole patterns, cutouts, louvers, and formed features in sheet metal up to 33 tons of force across a 58" x 98" table. CNC punching is our core capability — we run it daily for customers who need precision perforations, mounting holes, and shape cutouts in flat sheet.

Materials: Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel
Capacity: Up to 33 tons, 58" x 98" sheet size

Press Brake Forming

We operate three press brakes ranging from 35 to 88 tons, with bed lengths up to 12 feet. Whether you need simple 90-degree bends or complex multi-bend enclosures, our forming capability covers it.

- AMADA 35-Ton Press Brake — 8' bed
- Dener 64-Ton Press Brake — 10' bed
- US Industrial 88-Ton Press Brake — 12' bed

Capacity: Up to 88 tons, 12-foot bed length

TIG & MIG Welding

Our certified welders handle both TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We weld assemblies, frames, brackets, enclosures, and custom fabrications to your specifications.

- Miller Dynasty 350 TIG Welder
- Millermatic 252 MIG Welder

Materials: Steel, stainless steel, aluminum

PEM Fastener Insertion

We install PEM fasteners — studs, nuts, standoffs, and spacers — directly into sheet metal parts using dedicated insertion presses. This eliminates the need for welding or tapping threaded holes, giving you cleaner assemblies and faster production.

- Two PEMserter Fastener Insertion Presses
- Haeger 618 Plus Insertion Press

Materials We Work With

We fabricate parts in the four most common sheet metal materials:

- Mild Steel — the standard for structural parts, brackets, and enclosures
- Stainless Steel — for corrosion resistance, food-grade, and medical applications (304, 316)
- Aluminum — lightweight parts for electronics enclosures, panels, and aerospace applications (5052, 6061)
- Galvanized Steel — pre-coated for outdoor and corrosion-resistant applications
